A great opportunity to become a part of this National Disability Peak Organisation (DPO) in an Executive Assistant position.

Job Description: The Personal & Executive Assistant (P&EA) is primarily responsible for providing high level executive support to the Chief Executive Officer, and providing high level administrative support to the Management Team or other staff as needed, to ensure that all operational areas function efficiently, effectively and in accordance with the AFDO Constitution, all policies, procedures, statutory, funding contracts, agreements, service contracts and reporting requirements.

About You: We are looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, well developed administrative and project management skills including facilitation and resourcing of meetings and consultations, ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, as well as the ability to manage tasks, set priorities, organise work and achieve objectives within timelines and budget.

The position is full-time and salary packaging is available to reduce your tax & increase your take home pay! We offer a flexible work environment where staff can work remotely, and any work days between Christmas and New Year are provided as complimentary leave in addition to your standard leave entitlements.

Personal experience of disability and/or experience working with people with disability would be highly regarded.
